About Cozy Cadence
Who is Cozy Cadence for?
For the overwhelmed, overstimulated mom who feels like it's not a bad day anymore, it's starting to feel like a bad life. Especially neurodivergent moms, and the moms who suspect they might be. If you've ever looked in the mirror and wondered what happened to you, you're in the right place.
Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis?
No. No label required. Some moms here are diagnosed, some are on a waitlist (hi, that's me), and some have never thought about it. If the noise, the touching and the millionth “Mommy” make you want to crawl out of your skin, you belong here.
Is this therapy?
No. Everything here is for personal development and information. It's not a replacement for therapy, medical advice or professional mental health support. If you're in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number right away.
Is this a parenting program?
Nope. I'm not going to teach you how to parent better. This is about you: understanding why you're so tired, and finding your way back to yourself. Calmer days at home are often a side effect, but they're not the goal.

Where do I start?
On the Start Here page. Pick the door that feels most like today, and go from there. There's no wrong door.
Is the free stuff really free?
Yes. Free means free. You'll join my email list to get it, and you can unsubscribe in one click whenever you want. No hard feelings.
Buying and access
How do I get my product?
Everything I make is digital. After checkout, you'll get an email with everything you need to get in. It usually arrives within the hour, and on rare occasions it can take up to 24 hours. Check your spam folder if it's hiding.
Where do I log in later?
Use the link in your access email, or go to the member portal any time.
Can I pay in installments?
For some of the bigger products, yes. If a payment plan is available, you'll see the option right at checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely, and prices are in US dollars.
What's your refund policy?
Every Cozy Cadence product comes with a 7 day money back guarantee. If something isn't right for you, email info@cozycadence.com within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund. No reason needed, no hard feelings. All the details are in the refund terms.
Can I share my product with a friend?
Everything you buy is for your personal use only, so please don't forward the files. But if it helped you, send her the link. That way she gets her own copy, and you get to be the friend who saw her.
What are Cozy Credits?
Store credit for the shop. One Cozy Credit equals one US dollar, and you can spend them on any paid product. Everything about earning and using them is in the Cozy Credits Terms.

How often will you email me?
Every day. A short email from me every morning, around 9 AM Eastern. Easy to skip, even easier to read.
How do I unsubscribe?

Is the community really free?
Yes, always. It lives on Skool, so you'll need a free Skool account to join.
Do I have to post in the community?
Never. Lurking is 100% allowed. Some moms read quietly for months before saying hi, and some never do. Both count as showing up.
