What Are Cozy Credits?

Cozy Credits are store credit for the Cozy Cadence shop. They work exactly like a gift voucher or prepaid store balance. One Cozy Credit equals one US dollar. There is no points conversion, no complicated redemption system, and no tiers of membership.

Credits are either purchased at a discount or received as a bonus when buying certain products. They can be spent on any paid product in the Cozy Cadence shop.

How to Redeem

1. Email me at wendy@cozycadence.com and let me know which product you want to buy and how many credits you want to use.

2. I check your balance and send you a Kartra coupon code for the exact amount within 24 hours.

3. Apply the coupon at checkout. The amount is deducted from your total.

Credits can be used in part across multiple purchases. You do not have to spend all your credits at once.

Rules

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.
Credits do not roll over after expiry. Unused credits are forfeited.
Credits are non-refundable.
Credits are non-transferable. They belong to the customer they were issued to.
Credits can be spent on any paid product in the Cozy Cadence shop.
There is no minimum spend required to use credits.
Credits can be used in partial amounts across multiple purchases.
Credits count as real payment during launches and promotions.

Expiry Reminders

I send a reminder email to all credit holders two months before their credits expire. It is your responsibility to use credits before the expiry date.

Cozy Credits can also be earned through:

Tripwire bonuses on selected products
Order bumps at checkout
Affiliate purchase bonuses
New product launch rewards
Testimonial submissions ($10 per submission)
Skool community level rewards
