One Cozy Credit = one US dollar. That’s it. No points, no tiers, no complicated system. Just credit that works exactly like real money in the Cozy Cadence shop. Because that’s exactly what it is.
Use them all on one thing. Split them across a few. Save them for something new that’s coming. Entirely your call. ✨
What Can You Spend Cozy Credits On? 🛒
Pretty much everything in the Cozy Cadence shop. Current products, future products, anything that lands while your credits are still valid.
And here’s the fun part. If there’s a launch, an early bird offer, or any kind of bonus available when you redeem, your credits count as real payment. You get every extra, exactly as if you’d paid in cash. 😄
The only things credits cannot be used for:
Other Cozy Credits packs (sorry, no infinite money glitch here 😂)
The Tired Moms Club monthly subscription fees (credits can be used toward the first payment only)
1:1 offers and personal coaching sessions, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the offer
Collaborative offers involving multiple creators or co-hosted bundles
Important: credits cannot be applied retrospectively. You need to request your coupon code before completing your purchase, not after. 👋

I’ll check your balance and send you a coupon code that takes the exact amount off your checkout. You apply it, done. No portal, no login, no faff. Just a reply from an actual human (hi, that’s me 👋).
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, Monday to Friday. If you’re spending close to the end of a launch or promotion, please submit your form as early as you can. Any request received before the deadline will be honoured even if my reply lands a little after it.

When Do They Expire? ⏰
Cozy Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they’re issued. Your exact expiry date is confirmed in the email you receive when your credits land.
I’ll send you a reminder email two months before your credits expire so nothing sneaks away on you. But just so we’re clear, it’s your responsibility to use them before the expiry date. I’ll wave. You have to show up. 😄
Credits expire at midnight CET on the expiry date. Anything unused after that point is no longer valid.
Expiry extensions aren’t something I can offer as a rule, but if something genuinely exceptional happens, reach out and we’ll talk.
Refunds 💳
Cozy Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, they can’t be converted back to cash.
If you use credits (fully or partially) toward a purchase that qualifies for a refund under the standard Cozy Cadence refund policy, the credits portion will be returned to you as Cozy Credits, not as cash. The expiry date will be adjusted to reflect this.
If you’re an EU consumer exercising your right of withdrawal on a purchase you haven’t yet accessed, any portion paid in credits comes back as credits, and any portion paid in cash comes back as cash. Your statutory rights are always protected. ✨
A Few More Things 🤍
Credits are non-transferable. They belong to you and only you. They can’t be gifted, sold, or passed on to someone else.
If you’ve got credits sitting under more than one email address that both belong to you, just let me know and I can combine them into one balance.
Where credits were given as a bonus or gift (rather than purchased directly), Celebrate Media / Cozy Cadence reserves the right to remove or restrict them in cases of misuse, fraud, or payment issues. Purchased credits are not affected by this except in cases of fraud or chargebacks.
These terms sit alongside the full Cozy Cadence Terms and Conditions at cozycadence.com/terms and are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any conflict, these Cozy Credits Terms take precedence for anything credits-related.
