Your access to and use of Cozy Cadence is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
Cozy Cadence is a brand operated by Celebrate Media, a business registered in the Netherlands.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including payment details and billing address. We use Kartra as our third-party platform for facilitating payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud.
Our products are digital goods delivered by internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, orders are typically processed within one hour but could take up to 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with the information needed to access your download.
Because our products are digital goods available for instant access, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. Where a specific product page states a different refund policy, that product-level policy applies.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date. However, by completing your purchase and accessing a digital product immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you. If you have not yet accessed the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at wendy@cozycadence.com within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Subscription fees for The Tired Moms Club are automatically charged on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no advance notice required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access for the remainder of that cycle.
Founding member pricing: Founding members who join at a promotional rate lock in that price for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. If a founding member cancels and later re-subscribes, the standard rate will apply.
We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
When you create an account with us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Please notify us immediately at wendy@cozycadence.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
The service and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Celebrate Media / Cozy Cadence. Products purchased are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, or use our digital products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The products and content offered through Cozy Cadence are for personal development and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celebrate Media / Cozy Cadence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Dutch or EU law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
