Why I built her
I am a mom of three and part of a blended family of seven for a little over six years.
I built Millie because I was tired of opening Notes at 2am and waking up the next morning to a 30 item list I could not face.
The way I had been managing mental load was not working. I would dump everything in a list, look at the list, feel worse, and start over the next night.
So I built the thing I wished existed.
Millie is what I needed three years ago. She is what I still need now, some days. And she is what I think a lot of us need but did not know we could ask for.
I built her in a few months, in my spare hours, with my own money and my own anxiety as the testing ground. I am not a startup. I am a mom who got tired of carrying everything alone, and I built a tool that helps me carry less.

Questions
How does the AI sorting work?
When you dump something in Millie, she reads it and decides which category it belongs in. Kids, Partner, Household, Work, Me, or Other. She also flags it for urgency. The longer you use her, the better she gets at recognising what is yours and what is not. You can always re sort manually.
Is Millie a mobile app?
Millie is a web app. You open her in your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. We will walk you through adding her to your home screen so she opens like an app. A native iOS and Android app is on the roadmap. Not in v1.
How long will founding member pricing be available?
Founding member pricing is limited to the first 50 buyers. Once those spots are gone, the founding rate is gone forever. Millie continues at the public rate of $14/month or $140/year (two months free) with a 7 day free trial, but the locked in $7/month founding rate and the lifetime option will not be offered again.
What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?
Your access ends at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro rate refunds. You can rejoin later, but founding member pricing will not be available. You would join at the public rate of $14/month or $140/year (two months free).
What does lifetime actually mean?
Lifetime means as long as Millie exists. You pay once and you get every current feature plus every future feature we build into Millie, with no recurring payment. If we ever shut Millie down (which we have no plans to do), we will give you significant notice and help you export your data.
Do you offer refunds?
No, and I want to be upfront about that before you buy.

Is my data private?
Yes. Your dumps are yours.
We do not read individual entries unless you specifically ask us to look at one for a bug or feedback. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with anyone. If you ever stop using Millie, you can request full data deletion.

After you check out, you will receive an email automatically with your login details and instructions for how to get started. Follow those and Millie is ready for you within minutes.
What if I have a question or run into a bug?
